Use of the website
You may use this site for lawful purposes and to make enquiries about our cloud accounting software and related services. You agree not to interfere with the site's operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use automated tools to extract content in a way that affects service for other visitors.
In practice that means ordinary browsing, downloading a page for your own records, and sending us a message are all fine. Bulk scraping, probing for administrative areas, or actions that slow the site down for other people are not. If you notice something on the site that looks broken or exposed, tell us through the contact page and we will look into it.
Information on this site
Content on this site describes our software and services and is provided for general information. It is not accounting, tax, audit, or legal advice. Pricing and feature descriptions may change, and you should confirm current details with us before making a decision. We do not warrant that every page is complete or current at all times.
Feature descriptions explain what the software is built to do; they are not a substitute for a scoped proposal that names your entity type, chart of accounts, and reporting obligations. Where a page shows a price, treat it as the published figure at the time it was written and ask us to confirm it against your requirements before you commit to anything.
Enquiries and quotations
Submitting the contact form does not create a contract. A contract arises only when we confirm an order or engagement in writing. Quotations are valid for the period stated in them, or if none is stated, for a reasonable period. We may decline an enquiry or engagement.
- Sending an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not reserve pricing, capacity, or an implementation slot.
- A written confirmation from us — by email or signed document — is what turns a quotation into an engagement.
- If a quotation does not state an expiry, treat it as current for a short, reasonable window and confirm before relying on it.
- We may decline work that falls outside what we can support properly, and we will say so plainly.
