Mospirel pricing is set for Singapore SMEs, with plans based on how much you actually use: transactions, users, and whether you need payroll or multi-entity support. This page explains what each plan covers and how to choose without overbuying.

Included in every plan
GST codes and the GST F5 return, bank reconciliation with feeds, standard report set
Optional modules
Payroll and inventory, added when you actually use them
Onboarding
Migration and implementation support are part of getting started

How our pricing works

Plans scale on three things. Nothing else quietly moves the number.

Access

How many users need a login, and what each of them is allowed to see and post. Roles are part of the plan, not an add-on.

Volume

How many transactions you post in a month. A sole director invoicing a handful of clients sits far below a company clearing hundreds of supplier bills.

Modules

Payroll and inventory, plus multi-entity and multi-currency handling. Added when your work actually needs them.

GST handling, bank reconciliation, and standard reporting are included across the plans rather than sold as extras. That keeps the comparison simple. If you are between two plans, we will tell you which one fits your current volume.

Plans for different business sizes

A sole director invoicing a handful of clients a month needs far less than a company with inventory, payroll, and several bank accounts. Each step adds capacity and modules rather than unlocking basic accounting features.

Starting plan

Small operations

For a director or a very small team invoicing a limited number of clients each month, with one bank account to reconcile and no payroll to run yet.

  • Invoicing and receivables
  • GST codes and the GST F5 return
  • Bank reconciliation with feeds
  • Multi-user access with roles
  • Standard report set

Suits low monthly transaction counts. If you are hiring staff or opening a second account, the standard plan is usually the better landing spot.

Standard plan

Growing SMEs

For a company with a small finance function, several bank accounts, and a monthly close that someone other than the director needs to review.

  • Everything in the starting plan
  • Higher transaction capacity
  • Additional users with role controls
  • Payroll module available
  • Inventory handling available

Payroll and inventory are switched on only when you need them, so the plan does not charge you for a module sitting idle.

Multi-entity plan

Multiple entities, higher volume

For businesses running more than one Singapore entity, or a single entity with a transaction load that outgrows the standard plan.

  • Everything in the standard plan
  • Separate books, managed in one place
  • Multi-currency support
  • Higher transaction capacity
  • Consolidated reporting

Tell us how many entities and currencies you handle and we will confirm the right plan before you commit.

What is included in every plan

These are the working parts of a Singapore set of books. They are not upsells, and none of them sit behind a higher tier.

Implementation help and migration support are part of getting started, not a separate professional-services invoice. Support runs through the business phone line and the contact form.

GST

GST codes set up for the way Singapore businesses actually bill, and the GST F5 return prepared from the same records rather than retyped into a separate sheet.

Bank reconciliation

Feeds bring your transactions in, and you match them against what you have posted. Unmatched lines stay visible until someone deals with them.

Invoicing and receivables

Raise invoices, track what is outstanding, and see which customers are late without maintaining a separate list.

Users and reporting

Multi-user access with roles, so an accountant sees the ledger while a colleague only raises invoices. The standard report set covers profit and loss, balance sheet, and GST reporting.

Payroll and inventory modules

Payroll integration and inventory handling are available where you need them. If you have staff on payroll, the module keeps salary entries consistent with your books, so wages, CPF contributions, and the resulting journal entries line up with what your bank shows.

If you hold stock, inventory tracking connects purchases, sales, and stock levels, so cost of sales is drawn from movements rather than estimated at month end.

You can add either module later, so you do not pay for them before you need them. That matters most in the first year, when a small team is still deciding whether to hire and how much stock to hold.

Multi-entity and multi-currency

Businesses running more than one Singapore entity can keep the books separate but managed from one place. Each entity keeps its own chart of accounts, its own GST position, and its own bank feeds, so nothing is blended into a single ledger that would be awkward to unpick later.

Multi-currency support matters for companies invoicing or buying overseas, since exchange differences need to post correctly. If this is your situation, tell us how many entities and currencies you handle and we will confirm the right plan.

If you are not sure whether you need this yet, that is a normal place to start. Most companies move onto the multi-entity plan when a second Singapore entity is registered or when overseas invoicing becomes routine rather than occasional.

Implementation and migration costs

Migration is handled with you: we map your chart of accounts, bring across opening balances, and verify the position before you go live. This work is included in onboarding rather than charged per hour, so you know what getting started involves.

  1. Step 1 We map your existing chart of accounts against the standard structure and agree what stays, what merges, and what is renamed.
  2. Step 2 Opening balances come across and are checked against your last closed period before anything is posted in the new system.
  3. Step 3 Bank feeds are connected, GST codes are set, and you reconcile one full month alongside us before you run it alone.

If your existing data is unusually messy, we will say so upfront and agree on the approach before starting, so there is no surprise invoice later.

Choosing the right plan

Start with the tasks you do weekly, then check the plan covers GST, bank reconciliation, and multi-user access. Add payroll or inventory only when you actually use them. It is easier to move up a plan than to migrate twice.

If you are unsure, send us your current setup through the contact form and we will recommend a plan with reasons.

Talk to sales

Check the weekly work

If you raise invoices, chase payment, and reconcile a bank account every week, any plan handles it. The deciding factor is usually how many people need to be in the system and how many transactions they post.

Check GST and reporting

If you are GST-registered, confirm the plan you are looking at covers the GST F5 return and the report set your accountant asks for. On Mospirel, that is every plan.

Add modules late, not early

Payroll and inventory can be switched on when the need appears. Buying them at the start, before you hire or hold stock, only adds cost you cannot yet use.

Ask before you commit

Send your current setup and we will tell you which plan fits and why. It costs nothing to ask, and it is cheaper than starting on the wrong tier.

Billing and contracts

Plans are billed on a recurring basis, and you can change plans as your business grows. There is no long lock-in designed to trap you; if a plan no longer fits, we move you to the right one.

For exact current rates and any applicable Singapore grant support, request a quote through the contact form or call the business line, since published figures change. We would rather quote your actual setup than publish a number that is out of date by the time you read it.

If you already know your user count and monthly transaction range, the quote usually takes one exchange. If you are still deciding, that is fine too — we can walk through the plans on the phone and you can decide afterwards.

Questions before you choose a plan

How much does cloud accounting software cost for a Singapore SME?

It depends on users, transaction volume, and optional modules like payroll. Mospirel includes GST, bank reconciliation, and standard reporting across plans. Request a quote for current rates.

Are GST and bank reconciliation extra?

No. Both are included in every Mospirel plan, along with multi-user access and the standard report set. Payroll and inventory are optional modules.

Can I add payroll later?

Yes. You can start without payroll and add the module when you take on staff or change how you process salaries.

Do you charge separately for migration?

Migration and onboarding are included. If your existing data needs unusual work, we agree on the approach before starting.

Can I change plans as my business grows?

Yes. Plans can be changed as users, volume, or modules change. We will move you to the plan that fits rather than leaving you overpaying.
